I'm having trouble with my Laptop from a windows update. I'm working in 'Safe Mode' right now. My LT won't let me delete the updates in safemode so I'm trying to contact microsoft-what a joke!
There's a lot I can't do in this mode but hopefully I'll have it fixed soon. Since I live in such a rural area we don't have 'computer dudes' and to get it to a computer place is about 80 miles one way so I'm going to try and fix it myself before I trek into the city.

Can you be more specific about what it is doing? I'll ask in the shop and see if my techs have some suggestions.
